Pocono International Raceway August 350Z & G35 Meet

The meet is being organized to coincide with the SCCA TRI Region Pocono Sports Car Grand Prix Dbl National event, August 5, 6 & 7 2005.

The ZGCA club shall hold its meet adjacent to the paddocks in a private designated location. We can expect an interesting wide mix of spectators. Apart from our organized events, we also have the opportunity to mingle & witness action racing by experienced amateurs, people like you and me.

Camping is allowed onsite; and hotel at group rates shall be available to those interested.

A special cruise……. around the track in between races following the pace car is being worked out with the track officials.

Super...Fred, would definitely like to meet with you. Surprisingly, I was not aware of NICOCLUB. If not for Nicky I'd still be in the dark about NICO; I was over at PMS checking out my ride, when Nicky mentioned about the forum, in passing.

Absolutely, bring the rest of the Nico boys & gals. And, tell those guys at PMS that they better be up there with us, August 6; or else they're find their post and ads. conveniently buried in the trash pit aka achieves.

Ernie does have a beautiful and muscular roadster, we were racing up to cape cod a couple of months back.

We have decided is to move the prizes to a raffle, instead. Due to the limited number of entries, the car show has been cancelled. With the raffle more people will have the opportunity to take some goodies home with them.

MRC Motorsports, LLC has generously offered to contribute to the prizes for the raffle.

I have receive request for accommodations up at the Poconos. When making your reservations, mention that you're with the SCCA group and you'll get the SCCA rate.

I shall post the schedule for the ZGCA meet, and the entire weekend fanfare by Wednesday evening, August 3, 2005.

Clearview Expressway north get off @ 35th Avenue exit. Continue across 35th avenue you are there. NE corner of 35th Avenue and the serice road of the Clearview Expressway. Access to get back onto the Clearview is right there and the Throggs Neck Bridge.

STAMFORD, CT7:15 AM – Depart Rest Stop immediately after exit 12 on the I-95 southbound7:45 AM – Depart Pay Phone Stop (right shoulder) immediately after crossing the Tappan Zee Bridge NW bound on I-287

Sorry I had to run so quick but my SPECV developed a real nasty noise that kept egtting worse too, just as I pulled into Pocono I saw heard it had gotten real bad suddenly.

Turns out it was a wheel bearing .

luckily Niconauts found me the parts and installed a wheel assembly <that night> to get me on the road for Sundays business trip....

Sorry to take off so quickly also I was kinda stressed while I was there for that reason..
