PM sitting in Out Box

I am new here. I have sent a private message but it is sitting in the Out Box. I cannot see how it should be sent??

Messages sit in the Out Box until they are read by the recipient. It sounds weird, but that's how it works.
As a new member you are restricted in regards to PM's. At present you can only send them to management, not other members.

Yeah I think you need 10 or 15 posts before PMs become active.
Blame the spammers for ruining it for regular people
