plz help giude install engine wire harness

Hey everyone, Newbie here I have a 97 kouki stock. I need help installing engine wire harness. I used the diagram but still have leftover plugs. Plz help

What plugs are left over? Some don't go to anything.

I'll have to post up a pic. I believe its part of the lower engine bay harness. But if any one can give me a step by step guide that would be awesome. Along with some pic. Just so I know which plugs rather identifying it by tracing the wire. Also if some can tell me the main plugs that need to be connected in order to start the car? Thanx.
