plx 300m vs. ngk afx

any pros and cons. i know a bunch of u use the plx, and i especially like the fact that u can just stick it in the existing o2 bung. but i read that it somehow causes some type of interference. has anyone used the ngk? i called and asked if the ngk could do the same (use the old o2 bung) and they said that that's what their analog wire is for. is this true? thanks.
