Alright This qusetions is for anyone who knows enough to help me with a KA24E turbo aplication. I need to know which is the best way to run oil and vaccum lines to and form the turbo. I have a garret T3 for a z31. Is there any kits that are avialable for this, or is it just a do-it-yourself deal. I have read that you need to attach a T end on the oil sending unit. What about the vacum line? Thanks for you time and answers. Mike

You only run vacuum lines to a turbo if its internally wastegated. And Earls makes oil line stuff like SS braided feed line, and the return fittings. I made a post a little while ago of exactly where the oil feed comes from. If you have an externally wastegated turbo you run the vacuum from any vacuum line (intake manifold to Fuel pressure regulator) spliced to the wastegate. I think if its internally wastegated you can hook it straight into the turbo. But really if you had searched I made the post about the oil lines, and a post about the wastegate vacuum lines shortly ago which you could have found easily/

Oil to the turbo is fed by removing the oil pressure sending unit an istalling a fitting so you can run an oil line to your turbo.

Any vaccuum line that would measure boost (for gauges or what not) would require a T-fitting on the vaccuum line that runs from the fuel pressure regulator to the intake manifold. I don't think you would need a vaccuum line to run to the turbo though, just the one line from the compressor housing to the wastegate canister
