i have a brick home and i need to replace one of my outdoor water spigots. it is concreted into the exterior wall of the house. how do i replace this? the handle sheared off.

Shut your water main off, get underneath the house and locate the line to that hose bib. Unscrew the old hose bib and pull it out through the wall. If it won't fit you're going to have to enlarge the hole through the brick for it. Then install the new one and once you've turned the water on and checked for leaks get some repair mortar and seal the hole up around it. Pretty simple job really.

i have concrete foundation. id be the wicked witch of the east if i got under that.
