I'd say get a vanity plate of some sort... that's what I'm doing with "Q2" from CA. Without repainting the bumper I doubt it'll ever look right since the tag holder (at least on mine) left rub marks on the bumper cover too...

You could replace the bumper (pricey, at least $200 plus paint).

OR, you could take it to a bodyshop that can do urethane repairs and they can fill/smooth the holes and repaint the bumper (cheaper).

OR a nice Infiniti plate (or a NICO front plate!):D

I would concur with the PUR/RIM Thermoset Urethane fill for the holes - you can get two-part tubes of Duramix or Fusor brand products from a local automotive paint store - save yourself the $100+ cost of a mixing gun and push the material out of unit by hand and mix and apply quickly w/a playing card or something! You only have a limited time to work the material once it is mixed - 50 seconds after mixing to apply it with the PUR Duramix stuff , sandable in 15 minuets after that (about 5 minuets working time using the Fusor material for TPO, which is NOT the infiniti type of bumper material FYI)

Then a touchup w/your paint followed by a build-up of clear using small artists brushes and then the whole gamut of wetsanding to 2000 grit followed by abrasive polishes and then waxes - OR - get to an auto refinishing shop for a quote on a spot repair if you can live with it, or have them quote the whole bumper refinish job.

Some info on urethane supply houses might be:

Only three holes? Try the nine I had on mine when I removed the front plate holder after bringing the car home to TN from MN last month. It's temporary (sorting mechanicals first, cosmetics later), but I just used small amounts of Bondo painted with touch-up paint and waxed to a cover-up gloss. Five bucks and 15 minutes later, I can look at the front of the car without cringing. Will replace the bumper cover and a quarter panel when it's time for the respray.
