plug wires / spark plugs

realistically, how much power can one hope to gain from aftermarket spark plug wires and spark plugs? i need to change my plugs soon and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about which of these products perform well, as i am clueless regarding the ignition system.

None. They are gimmick. Just get a good set of NGK 8mm plug wires and you'll be good to go.

Not too much to gain except for a better running smoother firing car. Which is worth it in any case.

well i mean what brand and size is the 8mm the best to go or what, is nologhy any good or just a waist of money.

ANy of the well known brands are good, but I would go straight NGK

I have a set of their wires in blue, I dunno if they come in other colors
