Just curious as to what everyone is running for plugs. I have heard that NGK iridium ix are the best, Is this true? Right now I am running bosh 2way platnums and they seem ok. Let me know your feelings.. Also does anyone use MSD ignition products? I installed a MSD SCI and a Blaster SS coil and it packs a punch at about 5400 rpm right through the top of the band. Anyone else have this installed??

How does that ignition set-up pack a punch at 5400 RPM??? Any idea what type of horsepower you got from that ignition setup? I use Bosche Platinum + 4, because the car came stock with platinum plugs...they work fine for me, and they gave me 20 hp..nahh...they gave me nothing, but have worked well. yes, I heard NGK iridium's are the best...

how it packs a punch is a better question for the techs at MSD to explain, but you really feel it around 5400. It sits you right back in the seat:) I havent put it on the dyno yet but I definetly got a decent gain, And it seems to be mostly top end which is nice because 240s seem to crap out in the top end

How much did the MSD/blaster coil cost you? How hard was it to install?

If you were to get PDM cams. What lift would you get?

LOL. it came with the wheels...

optical illusion, the car only sits, literally, 1/10" higher than normal, just looks like I put in an off-road package.

oh well, until I get my ZEAL b6 or TEIN RA, or Apex-i N-1 coilovers, its gonna look that way :(-chet

didnt this start out as a plug question, not cams?

well, anyway...i had the bosch plat +4's in my ka, after i did a head gasget replacement. yeah, they sucked balls. if anyone wants them, $20 obo email me. i paid 32 for them at discount auto, they have about 100 miles on them. theyll work good for an american car, just not a nissan. i got the NGK iridiums, damn, theyre good. changed from a bumpy old nasty idle, to a nice purring beast. yeah you do feel it at arounf 5400. they $6.19 each at discount auto, get them, theyre awesome!

I would be interested in this too. [email protected].I find that standard plugs work the best for me, i've looked for NGK iridiums but they don't make them here for the SOHC motor.
