What kind of plugs should I install in my 2002 Q45 with 96k. Should I go to the stock Infiniti plug or is there something better? Also how about the transmission fluid?

Definitely go with stock plugs. All Nissan products seem to be very particular about using their OEM specified plugs. Sadly, Nissan specifies only their ATF on their modern transmissions. There are some newer fluids that claim to meet Nissan J-Spec, but I wouldn't trust them if you have any warranty concerns.
