i know the factory specs are between, .039-.043 but my 97 ka24de-t wont run hardly unless i gap my plugs at about .025-.028 , im running 8 psi ,

any ideas as to why it has to be so low to run properly?

weak ingition, when you mod the car, the fsm specs do not apply anymore

you might wana upgrade the ignition
