pls help on electrical

I have a 89 and 92 240sx. my problem is signal lite,both turn signal is fine when the head lite is off but when you turn the head lite on the passenger turn signal is passter than the driver.I change all lite bulb passible cause i think one is different and even check the fusebox.because i have a toyota before when one bulb is different all signal lite turn passter. pls help or anything you can say or same problem.thank you guy for support.

Did you change the bulb of the passenger turn signal/running light? passter=faster?Is that running light always on or do you have to turn the light switch to turn it on? The most likely thing is a bad running light bulb. Clean up the bulbs contacts with scratch pad even ifthtey dont look oxidized
