Pls help diagnose suspension issues

Hi folks,My wife has a 97 J30t with ~150k miles on it. Great car! Supposedly it's never had suspension work done but we think it might be time for some. I've only had motorcycles so I don't know a whole lot about cars- any help diagnosing this will be appreciated.

It feels like it hits a little harder on bumps lately and maybe feels a little more "floaty" when there are inputs to steering.

What suspension parts are generally needed at this point?

I've read the posts here mentioning boots, shocks, struts, dampers, springs, and bushings, but any help identifying what's what would be great.

Also, is there a shop manual for this car?
