pliot bushing can it be put on backwards??

maybe you guys can help me i got a act clutch kit for my s-13 blacktop but when i try to put the transmission together its not going in i dont think its the right one being that the alignment tool didnt even fit only with force is it possible i put it on backwards???? or its the wrong pliot bushing

make sure you removed the pilot bushing and that the new one is in completely, you can use a small socket and hammer to pound it in. the alignment tool is used BEFORE the clutch is tightened, otherwise it wont do anything

and for getting that transmission back in, you have to just keep working at it, it takes some time.
