plgu new DVD hack option?

Not sure this will work or if it can de done...but I have a m35x. If I plug my ipod into the aux jacks on the back of the center console (backdseat) and play a movie, will the movie continue to play while moving? If so, would it be an easier hack to force the DVD player to play through the AUX inputs some how?

In short, no. If you want to know why, continue reading.

Front screen is independent device from DVD player & Aux inputs & partially even the NAV. Long as it thinks the emergency brake is on & car is not moving...it will show anything & everything. You HAVE to bypass those 2 signals in order to get video to play. Easiest way to do that is at the Nav unit. The normal hack is easy enough as it is...its a 30 min, $10 process at most.

not trying be a smartazz...ut there are many posts on the topic here. Do a search by Nav hack or dvd hack and you should find all the info easily.
