With the plenum spacer, can the stock engine strut bar still be used?

Use the 5/16 one from Motordyne. There is actually a loss of overall performance with the 1/2 one...

Forgot to answer your question: you can use the tower brace with the 5/16" spacer, but not with the 1/2" one.
