Ok, Im looking for my next mod, but what I am trying to accomplish is the best sound possible. not that big on perfomance, just quality of sound. not ready to change exhaust just yet, but will adding a spacer change the sound as much as the sound changed when adding the z-tube/pop-charger.

I appreciate your help.

Sound, minimal change. Performance oriented mod. So yes, get the spacer.

Here's a question, I put in the iso thermal plenum spacer from motordyne, between 4-5k rpm my car has kind of a whine (A little like a turbo blow off valve) I called Motordyne and they said it was normal, do any of you have input on this?

Yes, I'm sorry I didn't mention that. I have the JWT Pop charger with a Z tube. I've been reading these forums for a while and appreciate your input.

Sound amplifies a little, but performance is good. Yes, get it.

Get it! The sound doesn't really change, although I did notice that it gave a nice lil gurgle to the engine note. Performance wise it was great and really improved the low end. Well worth the money in my opinion.

I have a WRX with a blow off valve and it never has a whinning noise. The only time it did is when I had a boost leak. The only cars I have heard whine is when they are supercharged.
