Plenum measurements

Trying to find out the measurements for the z32 intake manifold (plenum) so I can get pricing on anodizing for it. It is the twin turbo manifold.

Beyond just a simple tape measurement, I'm not sure there is a way to really be more accurate unless in some sort of displacement tank scenario. You can check the specs in the fsm just in case they list that info, but I've never seen it before so you may be just looking at the handy ol' tape measure.
