plenum job

same as my other post i've read post after post even archived information but nothing. anyway my 94 q45t i am the 2nd owner of this car the maintenance records are in tact an are up to date i have an injector prob that im going to fix along with knock sensors, but the plenum hoses everyone refers to what are they an how many hoses this job consists of where can i buy them an whats the estimated price for them.

p.s. im also changing the plugs i want to go with iridium plugs but i want the best that money can by an suggestion from you Q45 guru's an experts?
