So I just installed the 5/16" Copper Iso Thermal Plenum Spacer today along with my intake and I have to say that I am happy with the results. I was planning to take pics throughout the install but the camera was dead and I couldn't find my charger. Install time was about an hour and a half for both and that was taking our time.

The gains are very noticeable in the higher RPM's. I am getting it dynoed next week and will let you know what the power gains are.

the reflashes and tunning access ports, in my opinion are not worth the money for a few probably not even noticeable HP's. If they can flat out prove 20-30 on an N/A car - it would be worth it. But 8-10-12, not worth more than $200 in my mind. at $700 one HP will cost you $55+ if you gain 12 HP from it. Turbo kits are expensive but cost less per HP. I always want more for my money.....
