DEEZ THATS INSANE! I guess most of these infiniti dealers are doin the bait and switch. Its like you really have to get in their heads to get a real quote or they try to f u over somehow. You can't go to circuit city cuz you need the box for the radio to come up on the nav and for it to work on the M screen and usable by the steering wheel. Go to another dealer until you get a quote that satisfies you and get it in blood!!!!

Thanks so much! My annoying signature line will disappear after the superbowl, unless of course we actually win it - then you'll get a new annoying signature line for a month or so! I've been a fan since 1995 when it all started - even through the 1-15 year in 2001, so it feels good to see things happen this way.

One thing I always make sure to do is to get the estimate in writing so if they go way over I can show it to them. My dealer tried to charge me for an additional hour of work when they replaced the tachometer (an additional $92), but I had the estimate, called a few other dealers, and eventually got them to knock off the stuff they added. I envy you M45 guys....I was behind one on the highway and it just took off on me...made my G20t start to feel a little slow...it's going to be my next car.
