Please include your location in your profile. Many issues are climate-sensitive, and it's also helpful for us to know so that we can tell you of any nearby shops that are recommended or not recommended if you're in nead of a tech.

By the way, if you're an older member your location disappeared from your profile with the software update a several months ago - so you'll need to enter it again.
