this afternoon i was doing a little "un painting my stock brake caliper". i jacked up the right front wheel and removed the wheel so i can unpaint the caliper easier. when im done with the front right wheel and lowered it back to normal, i noticed something different, so i went to get a ruler and measured the distance between the fender and the tire of both front wheels. the result was that either the right wheel is about 1 cm (0.40 inche) higher than the left one or the left one is 1 cm lower than the right wheel. what is wrong? or is it okay to drive like that? im no car expert so plz tell me. thank you

Give it a few minutes, and then measure again. The shocks and springs have to settle after being uncompressed in the air for a while. Unless of course you have coilovers, then you can simply adjust the spring pertch.
