rubber hose comes off valve cover to intake. pull hose off of valve cover side. thats the pcv valve. pull valve out. push new valve in. put hose back on. done.

I couldn't see where PCV valve is located in my engine of 95 240SX SE. but, I heard that PVC is behind alternator. is this true?

Yes the pcv valve is behind the alternator and screws into a metal box. Follow the hose that attaches to the 4 runners on the underside of the intake manifold and it will lead to the pcv valve.
