So I have tried to figure it out by myself but no dice. Some guys claim to be riding on +15 offsets all around and others on +40, and everything in between all staggered. I know tire sizing, being dropped are all things that need to be considered. But Im stock and I mean stock. Im talking about riding on 16 inch stock hubcaps. I HATE LOOKING AT MY CAR RIDING ON GARBAGE JUNKYARD LOOKING WHEELS .. So someone please help.. Here are the specs on the wheels that Im considering and all the options available. I would love a semi or full flush look. Someone please help me end this and bring out the sexiness that can be this coupe..
FRONT
19X8.5 +40
19X8.5 +30

REAR
19X9.5 +25
19X9.5 +35
19X9.5 +40

I know you were not looking at 20's and so does not answer your question, But I know all input is helful when making your choices. My tire sits almost perfectly flush, while some of the 3D effects of the rim stick out just enough to look sexy :)

Good luck to you and hope to catch you at one of the meets

GO CARLISLE! GO NICO!! :dblthumb:

On stock height I'd play it safe with 19x8.5 +40 or +30.

If you plan on getting a drop in the future you might wanna look into something more aggressive

Thanx for your input and yes I did consider 20's but Im not really sold on them yet. But they do have a 20x8.5 set that comes in a +32 offset. Will that work? Im sure they would Im just not sure about what tire size I should run.

A drop is definately coming in the near future. Which why I was looking for something much more aggressive than 8.5's all around. Also because I cant stand the s*** suspension this car came with. But damn if I dont like the body style of this coupe.

20x8.5 set that comes in a +32, that is so close to mine, that if the manufactures are close, you should not be able to tell them apart by "+02" from 5 feet away. They will work fine. 20''s are heavier in general. Mine are so heavy(65lbs Each dilivered with rubber) they probably counteract all the performence mods I have, But I love them and I ride'em all year long.

If you are low enough nobody can tell what width tire you have. Also the width(going from 8.5 to 9.5) adds weight but does not help you much with traction on acceleration, Its diameter that matters more for acceleration. You will get so little more lateral traction as to be almost unoticed. You would get 10x the performace gain but swapping the oem tires with any of the top perfomace tires. weather its 8.5 or 9.5.

If Perfomance is where your looking, I would Not get 20's or even bother with 19's. I would go with a light weight 17'-18' x 8-8.5 and then take every penny you saved and get the absolute best rubber you can buy, some varient on the track/street stree/track tire. If your thinking autocross, get good rubber and the Strut and Sway bars. That will open you eyes around a corner =)

I my self dont care for most of the tuner style rims. Overall looks of the car have the final yes/no on my car. With this in mind I will happily lose a second on the Drag track to be happy with my car Every time I see it. Yes my 11' tires on my 350z were cool(work vv-vs 19 x 11). But they were almost $350 each to replace and Nobody could tell I had 11' tires unless I told them. Maybe I should have kept the $700......

I'd go with 19x8.5 +35 front

19x9.5+35 rear
