Hello all, as mentioned, I have a 2019 base Z. From what I understand the Nismo exhaust is worth 17 to 18 Horse power. My question is - How much louder than base stock exhaust is this system ? I would like to add the HP but not make the car too loud and especially do not want to have the dreaded "drown" at highway speeds. Nismo and base Z owners with this exhaust please check in on this.

The Nismo Exhaust is meant to be a nice tame tone which has a slightly noticeable note above the stock exhaust. It's in the H pipe configuration too so that affects the sound as well but if you are looking for something that isn't ridiculous the OEM nismo is your best bet for both quality and sound. Anything aftermarket or 3rd party tends to be ridiculous, especially if you plan on getting High flow cats or even Test pipes (hello fellow floridian.)
