please identify this rear bumper/exhaust

here it is..the exhaust looks like N1 Duals or Bee*R Type III howeversee how they kind of overlap as they shoot out to the side? Does the Apex and/or Bee exhaust do this? Also thought the bumper may have been Bomex but now am not so sure.Here is the pic:

Might be a custom exhaust.

No idea on the bumper as I'm not into body kits.
