Please I need help with my S13 URGENT!!!!

Ok I looked everywhere the web and Im so lost. i just finished swapping a KA24DE and transmission from a 1995 S14 into my 1989 S13 that had a KA24E engine. The wiring is a biggie problem. I tried running the S14 ecu and all the interior, fuse box, and engine harness and nothing turns on. not even the ecu is turning on. I looked at the KA24E->KA24DE swap article and do I have to use the S13 DOHC harness, ECU, and coil to make the engine turn on"? what about the manifold, can I still use the S14 throttle body and injectors into the S13 dohc harness? all is left is the wiring i don't know what to do help!!!!!
