if you know its a ground comin out of the box..just go down to homedepot or lows..go to the electrical section and ask where the (Buss Works) are for electrical panels...and get a ground block made of aluminum..its $5 to $8 bucks....ground your battery to this block by drilling a big enough hole to bolt it up...then...mount that to your car some where next to your battery...after that..run all grounds to that block from your motor and harnesses...then you have compleated a grounding kit ..normally you would pay from $45 to 199 for the kit pre made..but you just made one for 5 to 8 bucks!..have a beer..feel proud of your self.famousjai wrote:Ok, soo I bouight my 89' 240 wit a messed up half apart ka24e, and I can't figer out how the main ground wire( the 1 to the battery) bolts down at, also the 1 single ground wire that comes out the fuse box behind the battery, pics would b great, and any bit of help is greatly appri. you can basicly mount your negative battery cable to any part of the frame anywhere..it works like the negative end or a battery anyways in your electrical system..just make shure your grounding to a clean paint free area..you want good contacts..hence my recomendation for the grounding bar..if you cant figure it out from here bro..you need to take it to a pro and have it done.famousjai wrote:ok guys almost there, just need to know excatly where on the chassis, and on the intake mani. the battery ground cable go, cas im havin a hard time gettin it 2 reach 2 the intake mani.,,,,,,,thanks
