Please, I need advice on window regulator! Can I rob one from a backseat window?

Hi
My driver's side front window regulator needs to be changed. Of course, the one I need the most is the one that broke. Would the rear driver's side regulator work if we moved it to the front? Money is tight and I saw that a new one is around 300 bucks!

since theyre different part numbers, I would say no.
