Please help with torque specs...

I was thinking that maby since we dont have manuals for our SR Swapped cars we should add to the tech page some torque specs.

I have searched around and have found just about nothing worth my while.

If anyone knows torque specs please reply.

Mainly looking for:-Flywheel-Clutch-transmission-Exhaust and intake Manifold

my highschool has this program called alldata and it has every piece of information from every car made from 1989-2005, im not really 100% sure if it has SR20 specs and stuff, but im willing to check monday when i go back to school
