This is my first time dealing with an s13 sr20 and when I put my supplied piping in, it would not fit correctly. Everything went together good except the formed rubber piece that goes on the intake. It would not line up any way it was turned, even after flipping ends. The closest I could get to it fitting, left the piece that runs across the radiator high enough that it hit the hood and when shut creases the hose. So I am wondering if I accidently got an s14 hose instead of an s13. To me, my hose resembles the s14 hose at least from what pictures I have been able to find. Can someone tell me if my hose is an s13 or s14. Thanks.

Thats the right part. Just need to find a way to make it fit or get another hose. The pipe that runs across the front has to sit slightly back from the Radiator for clearance.

I got it in but the issue of it being pinched some with the hood shut had me wondering if it would cause any performance issues.

The reason its hitting your hood is because your using that KA radiator,Forcing you to run that hose across were the Stock coldpipe is..It will sit lower if you had the sr radiator..It Souldnt be a problem if the hood is hitting it a little bit...Just as long as the hose does not fall off or leak..Just put some strong clamps and you'll be good.
