Id the fuel leaking through the injector into the cylinders or around the seals and leaking onto the manifold?

If the fuel is getting past the injectors then check the injectors. If it is leaking past the seals then you probably don't hav ethem in correctly or they are dammaged.

Get a new set of seals (cost us about $3 to $4 from many places here in Vegas) and coat them with petrolium jelly before you install them. They will go in much smother with less chance of damage to the O-Ring. Also coat the seal in the block.

YOu should be able to withstand 40 PSI without leaking at either location.
