please help with foglight install

well start off by saying that i just purchased a '95 240sx 5speed last weekend and i decided to start adding a few things today like a B&M short shifter and JDM S14 Foglights. so my parts list for the lights include 2xfoglights relays and a foglights switch/stalkand of course the lights themselves and brackets. after spending about an 1 1/2 getting the bumper off i think im ready to bolt on the lights and thats where the fun begins......here you can see the lights layed out with the bumper offthis is where im confused...the wires are there to plug the lights in and it looks like there are three bolt holes to hold the lights in place but i cant seem to get them lined up to bolt them in place. heres where you can see the three holes im talking abouthopefully someone on here can help me out ive searched everwhere and there are not any pictures to help with the install if i can just see how someones foglights are bolted up that would help out alot. by the way i downloaded a service manual and that didnt help either
