Jack up the car with e-brake on. Remove tire. Remove caliper and rotor. Knock out 2 bad studs, and insert 2 new ones in. Tighten down the studs, so that they fully set into the hub. Reinstall rotor, caliper, and whell. Torque down the studs...
Pretty straight forward I just did one on my fronts, as I had to shear it off with the stock L wrench by hand, as the threads came loose while removing the lug nut in an emergency!!! Long story....
