please help...will these wheels fit the z32 brake conversion?

I am in the process of putting the front z32 brakes on my car and need to still buy wheels...i found a set, but dont know if they will fit..here are the specs: 16x7 5x114.3 Lugs, +42 Offset

clearence of z32 brakes has nothing to do with offset, spoke design is what dictates weather they will fit or not.

they may clear z brakes, maybe!!!!!, but i doubt they would clear any coilovers in that offset

Nope.

I'm faily positive. They look pretty close to the stock brakes.
