i need to know the size aluminum pipe i need to best match the stock ka mafs....i am running sr20 injectors and want to run a blow through setup...i was thinkin 3 inch..but just wonderin if anyone knows....i dont have the car here in front of me....

also what is the charge pipe size i would use to match the sr20 t25 and sr intercooler...it looks like 2 inch or so...

For intercooler piping connecting to the MAF you can use 2.5". I don't know what size the SR cooler uses. But I'd use 2.5 for everything and use silicone hose reducers if needed.

Stock S13 MAF is 2" ID...

I'd do 2.25" at a minimum, but I'd recomend 2.5". When you're off boost, you don't want some tiny piping that your motor has to work really hard to inhale through.

How do you guys get the mass air to fit the charge pipe with out leaking? I know there is the mass air flow adapter plate, but is that good enough to hold by its self with out causing a boost leak? Or should you use something like silicone in between the mass air, and the adapter plate so there will not be boost leaks?
