ok heres the down low. i spent like 10 hours putting in a new clutch and slave cylinder today and now the transmission makes a werring noise. i cant tell where its coming from and i'm hoping there's some easy fix for it. i replaced the clutch, flywheel, throwout bearing, slave cylinder and crank sensor cause i broke it. the only thing i couldn't do was the pilot bushing cause i didn't have a tool for it. i got it to make the noise in neutral but as i was going through gears in the air it made i as soon as i hit third and didn't stop till i turned the car off. the clutch pedal feels a lil soft but not horrible. i bled the slave like 4 times. please someone make any suggestion please.

Does the noise go away when you press on the clutch pedal? If so, then the transmission input shaft bearing may be going bad.
