I have an 02 Pathfinder. The vehicle started running horribly a few months ago. I have been fighting this thing for a while. The code it threw was P0101 (MAF Sensor). I figured out it was due to a vacuum leak. After spraying carb cleaner, I located an apparent vacuum leak near the back of the throttle body. I replaced the throttle body gasket and now the car won't run. I crank it up and it shuts back off immediately. Before doing this, the car had a rough idle and it would run if the MAF was unplugged. However, just by changing this gasket I have apparently made the problem worse. Can anyone give me some advice??

:wtf2:

i would check for any cracks or leaks on the vacuum lines and on the connections at the throttle body, check the whole intake for anything, i once had a large crack in the connection at the throttle body and i couldn't see it because the crack was on the bottom of the tubing connecting to the throttle body, i had to take apart the intake to see that, if you don't find anything then it just might be a bad maf sensor
