Just to start off im new to nico. I've gotta 92 300zx n/a that's giving me some problems.when I go out to start it for the first time it idles fine and smooth but when i start driving the car it will be super sluggish especially after I shift ( I shift around 3rmp) . After I've been driving for a while the car will start excelorating better but it isnt perfect. Also once the car is warmed up the idle(when I'm at a stop) goes down super low and acts like it wants to die and it has died a few times unless it's cold outside them it idled fine at stops. A few people said it was the idle air control valve but I just wanted to get some other opinions. I forgot to say that I just recently got the car up in running after 6 years of it sitting in someone's garage so I got the water pump timing belt and valve gaskets changed along with new injectors but yea please let me know what you think it is there is a few other things wrong but this is my biggest concern.

First, check for codes:

Second, a few things come to mind off the top of my head: bad coolant temp sensor, bad fuel temp sensor, dirty MAF sensor (clean with MAF cleaner or electrical contact cleaner), bad or clogged IACV, un-calibrated TPS

So check codes first and let us know what you find and we'll go from there.
