Situation

I keep blowing the turbo coolant lines.

Backstory

I have blew the passenger turbo coolant line about a week and a half ago. The day I got it fixed, I blew the driver side. Got it fixed yesterday, took the car to a shop to have radiator and block flushed, and blew another one after that.

WTF can be causing this?

I have a 16psi radiator cap on it, fluid in the overflow tank, doesn't appear to be any water/ coolant in the oil, and it doesn't appear to be burning any coolant. The problem is I don't have anywhere to work on the car myself right now, and labor is draining me.

I know this has happened to several people on here from what I have read, but I need to figure this out. What can be causing this to happen? Just bad hoses that needed to be replaced or can this be caused by over pressure in the coolant system?

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Are the lines actually blowing apart? or blowing off the fittings? Either way it definitely sounds like a pressure issue. Have you had a coolant system pressure test done? If not get that done. It could be a faulty radiator cap.
