Driver side suspension is lower than passenger side. What are some causes and what are some fixes for that?

Maybe a spring failure ?

I'm with Yoda, spring or shock. Have you done a bounce test?

Actually the strut has no bearing on the height.
Either a spring or some other suspension component has to be defective.

Driver has the right idea, bounce the car to verify if the strut is bound up or if its something else.
