I am rebuilding a ka24de for a 92 240sx and broke a part that I have been unable to ID. It apears to be an oil sprayer to lube the bottom of the piston. It is located at the bottom of each cylinder. No one I have talked to (mechanix or the fine people @ oriely's) has been able identify it. If you can help me out or know where I can get a replacement that would be great.

Thank you

I was honing the cylenders and hit it! Pretty stupid. I did go to a nissan dealer today and ordered one, they are actually called oil jets, little over 60 bucks. At least I can start reassembly now!

60? That's a high price. I paid $25 a piece for the ones for my SR20. and they have to be special ordered from Japan.

Also, while the book calls them oil jets, they're more commonly known as piston oil squirters.
