PLEASE HELP!!!

Here is my dilemma, I had an automatic transmission Throttle position sensor and just changed it for a manual TPS from Heavy Throttle. (used to not idle after coming back from cruising when I put it into neutral) Well the automatic had a three prong clip to the sensor and the manual has a 3 prong I had to plug and play wires together and thought it was right. Well I take it out the night of changing it and it ran great and idled when I came to a stop. Next day I take it out and everything seemed fine, couple miles away I turn around and head back go to shift into 2nd gear and it has a huge fuel halt so I stopped. It kept it's idle but when I went to hit the gas just to rev in neutral it stalled out. My fuel pressure was very very low running at 15psi. when it is usually at 50 - 55psi. Can anyone please help me.... And if anyone had to change over from an automatic TPS to a Manual TPS please tell me which colors you used from the existing clip.
