can i use a mass air flow sensor off of a 98 nissan altima i have a 95 240sx(still ka24de) ori am n/a so i dont know if i can put a 300zx or maxima maf on

I don't really know if the Altima ones fit but the 300 does but since you are n/a you don't really need them. Just go to the junkyard and pull off a 240 one for cheap.
