I was trying install the DC bar in my Versa, and i was use a regular wrench to take out the nuts, but i just can't take out that one nut which is too tight.....and me and my brother were trying so hard.....end up we rip the corner of the nut...and now is even hard to take out that nut.....

So now, should i use a air gun?? or you guys have any advise or any special wrench for that nut?? that nut just drive me crazy...

Airgun is the way to go. It will make your life so much easier and you can buy them at HomeDepot for like $50 I think for an electronic one.

Now that the bolts are rounded, it's going to take more to get them off.

This has recently been discussed, but basically it boils down to heating up the nut so it expands off the threads.

If the nuts are rounded, you will also need to go to ye olde home depot and get replacements for them so that you will have nice non-rounded nuts when you put them on.

If you have room to work, I'd use a nut splitter. Take the other good nut to a hardware store and get a new one of the same quality to replace the split one.
