Please Help! SR wiring problem!

I have a 95 240sx, and I swapped in a redtop SR. Well I paid the shop I got my swap from to rewire my harnesses for plug and play. After I got the motor in I started connecting the harness, and it connects to everything with the motor, but theres a few extra plugs hanging, and there are no plugs that match into the fuse box under the hood. There are 4 openings on the fuse box that I thought the engine harness were supose to go into. But nothing matches up. Im just dumbfounded now with what is supose to be where.

If anyone can give me a detailed descriptiong of what needs to be connected where so I can see what Im missing here, it would be so greatly appreciated. Ive searched day and night for a site with info on this particualr setup, but only found s13 into s13 or s14 into s14. Please anyone with any info please help!!

Or if there is anyone in Ohio that could come look at it or swing by with there same conversion so I can look off it, I will pay you for your help!! Im in New Philadelphia, Ohio.

My cars been down for over 6 months due to this! Im about to the point of buying 2 wiring harnesses and having phase 2 rewire them or somthing.

those are normal, you should ahve a few dangling clips.

I know there will be a few dangling clips, but I think I am missing some clips that I need for my car to run. There is no clips that match up to my fuse box under the hood.There are 2 hangin off the sr , but neither macth to anything and there should be 4 clips to plug in. PLease if you have an S14 with an S13 sr, correct me or help me! Thanks,Brian

there is a few things that could be a problem... start with this first one... does your fuel pump turn on when you turn the key?
