Please help! I have a 96 240sx. I just did my 5 speed swap about 2 weeks ago. It was running perfectly for those two weeks.
I started my car up tonight and moved it 5 feet away in my driveway. Came back two minutes later to move it again. When I put the key in the ignition, it felt solid like I had moved the steering wheel when the car was off. I turned it really hard and it finally let me turn the key to the on position. However, car won't start or even attempt to turn over. Just hear a clicking sound when I try and start it. What could this be? Please help.

Did you remove the shift lock from the auto or put it up somewhere? Had a swapped car before and it had the auto shift lock hidden under the dash behind the radio. If it wasn't just in the right spot car wouldn't turn over. This was a Honda and I have never swapped a Nissan but it could be the same way.
