yea if you go to the FAQ it should be in there, or if you are lazy like me, go to yahoo.com and type up "adjusting your 240sx headlights" it should take you right to the FAQ thread. I also wanted to know the same thing and this is how I found it.

Hehehehe , get this...I've only had my s13 for about 3 months so everything is new to me and im just learning like everything. Well i read this forum everyday..mostly at work for about 5 hours or so..anyways i come upon this "sleepy eyes" look in the FAQ..So im like Hmmm i can do this..And start taking sh*t apart..well i soon realize ive gotten over my head..the headlight motor is out , both lights are stuck up and wont retract at the moment , and it seems (not sure) like a fuse or something blew , cause my whole driver side headlight setup is out. The headlight motor is not working and neither is the headlight itself..so im kinda f**ked right now..heh

ebay has the motor for much cheaper, go type search and put "240sx headlight". heheh and hopefully you get what you wanted, try not to **** it up again.

Good idea...but it *might* not be the motor..im thinking it could be electrical because its weird that all of a sudden headlight + motor go out..

One more thing , will the passenger headlight motor work for the drivers side , it looks like its the exact same s**t. Anyone know?

I found one on ebay for 60 bucks but its passenger.

In the FAQ , there is a section dedicated to this problem , maybe it will help you. Basically what you do is Remove the Negative battery terminal from the battery and and turn the knob on the headlight motors untill they rotate on there own. Then reconnect the battery and it *should* work.
