Hello,
I have a 2009 Nissan Murano LE.
I've had it now for 13 months and it's been great. However, just the other day, a weird thing happened with one of the control buttons on the steering wheel.
This would be the TALK/PHONE SEND button for the Voice Recognition portion of my Bluetooth Hands-Free Phone System. It's located on the left side of my steering wheel. Suddenly, out of the blue, this button is no longer working.
For the past 13 months, this button had always worked. I would press it and my phone system would immediately turn on and connect up with my cell phone. Worked like a charm for 13 months.
But now, when I press this button on the left side of my steering wheel, nothing happens. Absolutely nothing at all.
Has anyone out there ever experienced this? If so, what finally did you do about it?
Would there be anything at all that I, myself, can do to correct this problem? Perhaps I inadvertently changed a setting... which can be easily corrected? Hope it's as simple as that.
Or would this be a problem that will definitely require some servicing?
Many thanks,
Brad
